Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kijiji Spa! By accessing or booking services through https://kijijispa.com, WhatsApp, or any of our social platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Scope

Kijiji Spa provides professional mobile massage services across Zanzibar, including at private villas, hotels, Airbnbs, beaches, and homes. Our services are strictly non-medical, non-sexual, and wellness-focused.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings can be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or direct contact.

  • Payment is to be made in cash or as per agreed terms before or immediately after the service.

  • Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed during the booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients must notify us at least 4 hours in advance for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours may be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a full charge.

  • Refunds are not provided once the massage session has begun.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide a safe, clean, and private space for massage.

  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the session.

  • Behave respectfully and appropriately at all times.

Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and possible legal reporting.

5. Therapist Rights

Our therapists reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or discontinue service if they feel unsafe or disrespected.

  • Decline massage requests that fall outside their training or scope of practice.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Kijiji Spa and its staff shall not be held liable for:

  • Any pre-existing injuries or conditions aggravated by massage.

  • Any allergic reactions to oils or products (please inform us of sensitivities in advance).

  • Any outcomes outside of standard therapeutic expectations.

Massage services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

All client information is kept private and confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No data will be shared without your consent.

8. Amendments

Kijiji Spa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
