Are there any discounts or loyalty rewards?
Yes! We offer 3 monthly membership plans that save you money on repeat bookings. Members receive exclusive upgrades, discounts (10–30%), and extra wellness perks depending on the plan.
Do you accept card payments or only cash?
We currently accept cash and mobile payments such as M-Pesa. Card payments can be arranged with prior notice or for repeat clients. Online booking/payment features are also being added soon.
Is tipping required after the massage?

No. Massage prices exclude transport. Transport costs USD 25 per booking for journeys of up to 1 hour to your accommodation. For longer journeys, please contact us before booking so we can confirm the transport fee.

Kijiji Light costs USD 50 per month and includes one Swedish or Thai massage per month, 10% off additional bookings and a free upgrade every third visit. Transport is charged separately at USD 25 per booking for journeys up to 1 hour.

Island Glow costs USD 95 per month and includes two massages, 20% off extra bookings, an aromatherapy add-on and priority booking. Transport is charged separately at USD 25 per booking for journeys up to 1 hour.
What are the benefits of Zanzibar Bliss membership?
Zanzibar Bliss costs USD 180 per month and includes four massages, 30% off extra bookings, one Hot Stone upgrade per month and therapist preference requests, subject to availability. Transport is charged separately at USD 25 per booking for journeys up to 1 hour.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, all memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime with no penalty. We want to offer wellness on your terms, not lock you into rigid contracts.
Are memberships valid for all massage types?
Yes. Island Glow and Zanzibar Bliss memberships allow you to choose any massage style, including premium treatments like Deep Tissue and Hot Stone.

How far in advance should I schedule a massage?
For the best availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance — especially for evenings or weekends. But we’re flexible and often available on shorter notice.
Can I request the same therapist again for future sessions?
Yes! If you’ve had a great experience with a specific therapist, we’ll make every effort to send the same professional for future bookings — especially for members.
